Our Story
Ten years ago,our roaster first experimented with blending — not out of creativity, but out of necessity.A cafe owner kept complaining: single-origin beans were too inconsistent. The same farm, different season, different taste.Customers noticed.

So we asked ourselves:could we blend beans from different origins to create a flavor more complete and more stable than any single origin alone?
That was the beginning of Yinor.
We don't do "mixing for the sake of mixing." Every Yinor blend recipe goes through at least 47 rounds of cupping. We work like composers: Ethiopian beans are the high notes — floral and citrusy.Colombia plays the mid-range — body and chocolate. Brazil or Yunnan provides the bass — sweetness and a long, smooth finish.
We roast medium-to-dark, not to hide the origin characters, but to let each one speak — without any being burned out.
That's not magic. That's ten years of taking every single bean seriously.
Yinor — Because blending deserves respect.
